Working with Municipal Governments for more than a decade!
Northern Waterworks Incorporated (NWI) was conceived in 1997 as a result of an urgent need for water and wastewater services in both Municipal and First Nation communities throughout Northern Ontario. NWI has proudly provided over a decade of service to communities throughout Northern Ontario. Our extensive experience in remote communities is a great asset to your municipality, as these isolated locations have helped our personnel become more proficient and resourceful then those in urban centers.
Our steady growth can be directly attributed to our continued focus on complete service and the conviction that our clients deserve the best value for dollar possible, which has enabled us to open offices in northeastern and southern Ontario. We are committed to being client sensitive and dedicated to serve the best interest of our users, their facilities and their stakeholders. Our resourceful staff is efficient, motivated and professional- a motto we emphasize daily. Our personnel are certified to provincial standards, and our organization is dedicated to continuing education to ensure we keep abreast of new technologies and regulatory changes.

Facility Audits
Our comprehensive Facility Audits have been requested by clients to benchmark and assess their current facilities' levels of proficiency, from a third party perspective. Our Facility Audits involve an in-depth evaluation of your entire treatment operation, not simply the quality of the water. Contact our office to schedule a preliminary visit by one of our technicians. Your audit will bring peace of mind and aid in proper facility planning in the future.

Training
NWI offers a wide variety of training services, providing flexibility to your municipality. Training can be performed at your site, or within our Class III treatment facility located in Red Lake. The training facility allows our instructors to demonstrate theory while using practical hands-on examples.
On-site training is customized to the municipality’s needs. Operators learn how to effectively operate, maintain and control your treatment facility which will facilitate a shorter learning curve for your staff.
