Emergency situations can quickly develop into a critical situation if not addressed and rectified in a timely manner.

Northern Waterworks offers a 24/7 technical assistance emergency hotline to address any emergencies a customer may have. If a situation cannot be resolved by phone, Northern Waterworks is prepared to deploy on-site support within 24 hours.
